Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier. That email is sent from bhjuicedealer@gmail.com — check your spam folder if you have not seen it.
Nothing has arrived yet
Orders leave within one to two business days. Tracking only starts moving once the carrier scans the parcel, which can take a further 24 to 48 hours. Before that, an empty tracking page is normal and does not mean the order was missed.
The tracking has not moved in a week
Write to bhjuicedealer@gmail.com with your order number. We open a case with the carrier and answer within two business days.
